ElefyMove Open API Terms of Use

Rule zero — your data only

Every operation the API allows is scoped to your own resources. There is no cross-partner read or write of any kind: every request resolves through your authenticated API client, and this boundary is enforced in code, not only in policy.

What partners can do

Using the ElefyMove Open API, partners can:

• Create, update, and unlist their own property listings, with multilingual content, subject to ElefyMove moderation before publication
• Read their own listings and moderation status
• Read availability for their own listings, and write external-channel blocks with a reference
• Place and release temporary holds, up to ten minutes, during their checkout
• Register webhook endpoints and receive signed events, limited to dates and references
• Export listing calendars (iCal) and register their own iCal feeds for ElefyMove to poll
• Read the public location hierarchy
• Create community posts, subject to ElefyMove moderation before publication
• Read their own marketplace bookings, and decline bookings that are still awaiting payment

What partners cannot do

Using the ElefyMove Open API, partners cannot:

• Process, initiate, or receive any payment, refund, or deposit — no money moves through this API in any direction
• Create ElefyMove bookings or contracts — an external booking enters only as a calendar block with a reference
• Send or receive guest or tenant personal data — payloads carry dates and references only
• Access, read, or modify any other client's listings, holds, blocks, or configuration
• Message, contact, or solicit ElefyMove users
• Read or republish ElefyMove listings they do not own — the API is not a scraping surface
• Exceed rate limits, share keys, or automate account creation

Standing conditions

Access to the API is conditional on all of the following, at all times:

1. Listings submitted through the API must be genuine, lawful, and licensed wherever Thai law requires a license.
2. ElefyMove moderates all partner-submitted content and may reject or unlist any listing at its own discretion.
3. ElefyMove may suspend or revoke an API key for abuse, for a breach of these Terms, or for any activity that risks the platform or its users.
4. Requests are rate-limited per key; sustained or deliberate excess use may result in throttling, temporary suspension, or revocation.
5. The API and these Terms are versioned and may change; ElefyMove will give registered partners notice of material changes.

General Terms of Service

These API Terms of Use supplement, and do not replace, ElefyMove's general Terms of Service, which continue to apply in full.
